I just recently got my ears pierced. They've just finished the crusty stage, and they're not tender anymore, but they're not yet ready to be taken out. Here's the issue:

I tend to get blackheads behind my ears and on the back of my earlobes. Usually, just making sure to wash carefully there takes care of it. However, with the change in weather, my acne has been acting up, and washing is no longer stopping the blackheads. In fact, they're even appearing on the front of my earlobes now.

So how do I take care of it? I can't use topicals on my ears because of my piercing, and I'm already washing them with anti-bacterial soap every time I shower. Anyone dealt with this before?

I get a few on my ears, but they're not very big and can be easily pushed out without leaving a mark.

i get some in my ears and dont even realize it until im scratching my ear and they come out. its weird.
