My doctor said I couldn't use a Salyicic Acid cleanser anymore because it reacts negatively with the Clindamycin.

If you were me would you just go behind her back and use salicic on your nose for blackheads and continue with the prescriptions, or go for a benzoyl peroxide cleanser?

No matter what I end up doing I'm only going to use it on my nose and surrounding areas for blackheads because I don't want to mess my face up, since no other area is driving me nuts anymore.

What are my choices for a facial cleanser here? BP, AHA, BHA? The doc said to just use a sensitive type Lever 2000 bar. I had been doing that with no problems but as my post states I have blackheads, so I'd like to dig them out.

No makeup, about 1 month. I broke out a little in week 2 and freaked out that this was just another bullshit series of more topicals, but it turns out it worked so good that I continue to be on them three years later. Now, what to do about blackheads?

No topical cures acne. Hell, not even Accutane will cure your acne (forever). If you find something that works, buy it and keep buying it. Unless you've got an alternative?
