Hey, I'm wondering if a pimple is infected if after you pop it, it becomes a whitehead again within a couple hours or longer. Around 80% of my pimples come back as whiteheads again after 3-12 hours and I don't know why. Is it because there infected or other reasons?

I'm also wondering if its alright if I use a Bacitracin Ointment first aid antibiotic cream instead of Neosporin, its made by Edwards Medical Supply and I'm not sure if I should use it on my face.

I've always assumed that when I whitehead came back, it was because I didn't completely remove all the pus, since popping it again always seemed to help.
