I use benzoy peroxide to control my acne and I'm pretty clear overall but like the benzoyl peroxide is causing my hyperpigmentation (which is pretty faded, but still visible) to last longer. I know this because I went a week without using BP and used acids instead and they were improving already. BP is the only thing I've discovered that actually work, I am going to get a SCI/Art enlux 415 bulb to take BP's place. I was just wondering though. Could I use acids to speed treatment of hyperpigmentation? I would think that the combination of blue antibacterial light and a good exfoliant would be a great one. Thanks dudes and dudettes.
Should I employ phototherapy with acids?

I don't see a problem with that, depending on what type of peel/acid you plan on using... A weak one used after you have done your light session should be 100% fine and yeah will in the end give you much better quality skin IMO...
