I wouldn't use any creams, pills or gimmicks. They will most likely make the problem worse.

The good news is your nose appears to still be in good shape. Here's what works for me:

1.) Exfoliate every other day with a Baby's brush. It took me months to finally start using one of these because using a "baby's brush" sounded stupid. Believe me, it is one of the best exfolating methods I have tried and I have tried a lot of them. Once I finally did it, I wished I would have started using one when I was 18 and my nose was still in the condition yours is in.

This is one I use. It costs $5 (scrap the extra comb)
http://www.amazon.com/Safety-1st-Hospitals...8291&sr=1-1

2.) Wash your face twice a day with water. Two showers works. There's no need to dry your face out with soap. Definitely try to avoid bar soap on your face at all costs.

3.) Apply lotion to your skin after you have washed your face. Wait until it is completely dry. I suggest Cetaphil lotion. You can find it at any drug store. It won't clog your pores.

4.) Use Mandelic Acid Serum 15% by Vivant on the days you're not exfoliating. I found nothing on the market is better for flushing out clogged pores. (believe me, I have tried a lot of shit)

It's very simple. Keep your face clean, exfolated and flushed. There's only three products you need: A brush, lotion and Vivant acid. This is the only method I have found that works.

Good luck

Two showers a day is horrible for the hair and it is also a waste of water. One shower a day is completely addiquite (sorry I forgot how to spell). There is also nothing wrong with azelex cream. Its actually the best topic Ive EVER used. Its better than tazorac, bp, sa, all of those.

I didn't even read your post before I replied. Guys generally aren't concerned about their hair. I only suggest two showers because that's what I do when I'm too lazy to wash my face in the sink.

Link me to some useful information about azelex. Is it a new product?

Azelex is azelaic acid. Its in the same family as Finacea. I dont want to link you to a product because its against board rules. I dont know if its a new product.

Creams suck!

you need accutane to clear the blackheads first, then you need micro surgery to close up the blackhead pores after they're cleansed. Then you need to go on a strict diet.
