I don't really know if these white dots which I have on my chest, shoulders and all over my back are "normal" and if others also have them. I'd like to know if you guys also have this and where you have it. I don't really understand the origin and cause of them. If I only had them on the back where I also have the acne then I would understand it but I also have this stuff on my chest and shoulders and I have no acne there.

It looks to me like solar keratosis. At least, that's probably what those brown marks are, but they can come in a variety of colours and be of various shapes and sizes. It's from sun exposure and damage. You might want to get them checked out because sometimes they can develop into squamous cell carcinoma. It's not as dangerous as melanoma, but still serious.

Yes, i too have these on my chest. I use to have them on my arm and they just went away, so im going to wait this out.
