because my doctor isnt helpful and was totally brisk i'm not sure if the Blu-U (Light?) therapy she suggested would be okay to use while on Retin-A Micro?

I assume it should be fine since it was suggested but my skin is so damn irritated as is from Retin-A that I'm scared harsh light will be more harmful in my case.
