I have quite a few black heads in my nose like say 100ish i'm thinking. Anyway I need something that will help clear them up. I'm on accutane right now so it can't be anything that exfloiates just something light. Also does anyone know if taking the blackheads out does any good? because whenever I do it, it stays clear for like 3 days and then their all back. It feels like this does more bad then good.

So I realise that not many people go on the black head part of this forum but if someone would please make some suggestions to what I should do or what product I should use (keeping in mind I'm on accutane). Thanks.

How long have you been on Accutane?

Many people have reported their blackheads disappearing while on the Tane. Give it time.

Hey there -

If you are on Accutane, they will push out and clear. Not sure when you started Tane, my blackheads on my nose pushed out in mid-month 2.... From then on, they get tighter and clearer. You shouldn't use any acids or anything (it will make your skin redder and drier). Ask your Derm. if you have concerns.
