I read alot of people posting about how to draw out cysts and pimples. Most deal with applying stuff on the skin or warm compresses etc etc.

I believe it is not possible to draw out pimples from the outside. A spot is not a little seed that sits in a little pocket in your skin. It is an INFLAMMATION of your pore. So trying to draw that out it trying to to draw out your pore!

When the bacteria infects a pore, your body reacts by inflammation, this involves swelling redness and pain, white blood cells are rushed to the area and the start to engulf the bacteria that has infected you pore. When this phagacytosis takes place the pus that comes to the surface is the white blood cells that have destroyed the bacteria by engulfing them!

This process cannot be speeded up by putting stuff on your skin. The only thing I have found that works is exersice and drinking plenty of water.

HOW?

Exercise increases the amount of blood bought to the skin cells so there are more whiteblood cells on the skin to work their magic and do i faster. More blood means more oxygen so there is less inflammation and faster repair.

Water speeds up waste and toxin disposal and the more water in you skin cells the faser the repair.

So a 30 mins aerobic exersise everyday (or 20 or even 10!) and drinking 2 liters of water a day will work wonders on your skin, and even if does not stop acne it will speed up the resolution of every spot.

Just my take on things.

I haven't extensively studied it, but I think I've noticed your exercise observation, too. I really haven't paid enough attention to the water part to have an opinion.

Very helpful, thanks for posting!
I've had a whole lot inflammation the past few days that just seems to be very stubborn. When I try to pop the pimple in the area, not much puss comes out and then the whole area is very swollen. I noticed that after exercising and sweating a lot the inflammation and redness goes down a bit. I'll have to be more consistent in doing some aerobic/cardio exercises as oppose to just weightlifting which I do everyday but doesn't make me sweat as much. I definitely need to start drinking more water too.
