micro-derma abrasion is my only quick fix for you. Or a laser treatment. It's kind of pricy but you only get married once.. well usually.
These treatments have worked for me, but bc of expense I had to stop.

And also, first time users are usually free, so try it out, that way it won't cost you much.
Hope I helpd, have fun at your wedding!

Uh, lots of men wear makeup on their wedding, especially to hide redness/oil. Don't you want your pictures to look good, and not worry about red acne all over your face in 20 years?

29 year old male and I wear make up daily. If it wasn't for that I would've had a nervous breakdown already. Wait that already happened...twice. Anyway it doesn't make you any less of a man. Its about feeling confident and comfortable.

Go to your doctor and get some topical clindamycine (antibiotic) also use 8-10% Glycolic acid as a cleanser and after you wash face apply 10% Benzoyl peroxide, leave on for 10-15 minutes and wash off with plain water, dry ant apply a THIN layer of antibiotic gel.

Good luck.

By the way go to a good make up artist and get a concealer that perfectly matches your skintone (trust me your wedding photos will thank you for it!)
