Hi there,

I've been using Dan's Regime for about a year now.
It's been working great.
No need spots forming etc.

But I do get these little spots that are not inflamed or anything.
And quite alot of black head.

I've been reading around on this section of the forum, and thought of trying the Paula's Choice BHA.

But I heard that SA + BP combination can be quite irritating to the skin.
I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on what I should do?

Follow Dan's Regime, and then apply BHA at the end?

Thanks in advance.

Most people can handle both SA+BP with little to no irritation. If you choose to add a BHA to your regimen, the best way to do it is to apply SA first, and then apply BP to problem areas using a thin layer. Of course this would be a modified version of Dan's regimen, since his current regimen does not include SA.

In this regimen, the BHA will help to exfoliate the skin and the BP will disinfect to prevent new acne from forming. Good luck!
