What is the best laser or treatment out there for threating red marks, pigmentation and scarring all at once?

I'v been doing some research on the net n there r so many different types its just confusing, + some pics show a treatment as being great then after a while you find other pics of the same treatment with much much less results.

pigmentation and scars are two different problems, and I have read that some have gotten results with pigmentation using levulan treatments (ALA) plus clearlight (not laser). My daughter's pigmentations were improved by the levulan treatments. However, the treatments are not a cure for scarring, but did soften deeper scars somewhat. The hope is that healing will be faster than not having the treatment and simply waiting it out.

I have also read that some of the 660nm red light devices have resulted in pigmentation reduction, as the red lights stimulate healing, but I am not sure about that yet. You should search your key words on this forum, and see if anyone has had results from these type of treatments. From what I know, the Beautyskin device is most powerful, and a competing device is only half as bright. But beautyskin comes with 3 blue and 3 red lights, for acne and for healing. Someone needs to test 6 red lights at once for effectiveness, assuming you don't need the blue light for acne control. The product is expensive, but buying direct from Amjo give you a return privilege, but 15% restock and shipping both ways can be a lot for some to risk. -Dan

v-beam is suppose to get redness out, with or without levulan. it's also suppose to help with raised scars.

I have these reddish sometimes purplish scar that I get from my acne flareups.
I went to this derm in Houston, Texas, they are considered one of the best.
I was lucky enough to get treated by one of the senior derms and she recommended me to do the Cool Touch Laser for my type of problems.
It even works even though you have a huge cystic acnes.
Actually the light treatment and the heat helped reduce the acnes.
I saw the other laser treatments such as Fraxel, Levulan etc.
She recommended the Cool Touch only for me and mix with Photo Facial.
It costs me about $250 each treatment and I only do the cheek areas.
They get pricey.

I'm going to check out Vbeam too. I have never heard of it maybe it's new.

Also, any suggestion for Deep Pit Ice Pick Scars?

Thanks
