I finished Accutane and wow did it work, I thank God. My acne was terrible. My face is now clear except for some scarring, which isnt that bad but it could be alot better.

Well the past 2 weeks i felt these bumps on my neck where i used to get cysts before i was on accutane. Nothing is visible though I can just feel small bumps

And today i got like my 2nd pimple on my forehead since ive finished accutane

Is it possible it could be coming back!??! KNOCK ON WOOD

I love accutane because it works so well in so many cases...it is however not the end all in the fight against acne. It is not for prospective mothers and there can be some significant side effects (although I think that the potential side effects issue has been overdone and has scared a lot of people). Sometimes it takes more than one round of accutane to achieve lasting results. I think if you read these boards and do some research that sometimes it takes 3 treatment periods to derive maximum benefit...I think that the important thing right now is to focus on the fact that you have enjoyed a period of remission. At this point you should consider going back to your derm for further advice.
