Hey

I'm new at this fight againt acne, have no clue what to do nor eat

I only aply benzoyl peroxide on my face before sleep (my acne is focused on the nose and forehead)

what is MANDELIC ACID? where can I get it? can it be found in the drug store? I can't oreder from the net

what foods should I eat and avoid ?
what is the most affective teatment for bleackheads?
can I totally prevent them from forming?
