My 'Severe' Acne

Hi, i'm new here. I've had severe acne now for nearly 5 years. Its always getting worse and never going, I have a lot of nodules and they are all over my face, i have tried everything. Can't think of anything else to try.

After 5 years, i get a tad stressed with them.

Anything I can do to reduce them or make them go down or vanish completely?

Your best bet is going to a derm and getting accutane.
