I am scheduled to have the Palomar pulsed light acne treatment in a few days. The laser center calls it violet light. I wonder if it is truly blue light. I have mild/moderate acne and have been struggling with a few cystic pimples. Does is help? Has anyone had any success with it?

Sorry, Ang - I've never had the Palomar pulsed light treatment..... I'm currently using the Levulan/photodynamic therapy treatment with my dermatologist. Maybe do a google search on it - I'm sure there's information out there to answer your questions.....
If not, ask your MD - - s/he should give you the answers you're looking for! Good luck! Patti
