Ive had this cyst on my neck for around 2months. At first it was very red and inflammed, this lasted about 2 weeks and it eventually calmed down. It never whent all together tho, just the swelling whent but the mark stayed. Anyway today it has swelled up again! What the fvk is that all about???

Whats the best way of treating these ugly little things? BP seems weak on this kind of acne.

Benwolves..my father had a sebaceous cyst on his back for a couple of years, the doctor told him it would need to be removed surgically. However he tried a cream on it that is chemical free and within 2 weeks the darned thing was gone! He cancelled his appointment for the surgical procedure!

You should just wait for the cyst to burst on it own as BP or other topical products usually don't help. And I don't suggest steriod injection as it is only temporary solution and the cyst may come back later on.
