Patience. Keep moisturizing your skin. Do not pull off the dead stuff, you really will be glad you did not! I know it's hard. You may (will) break out a bit for several weeks, do not despair. My daughter has done it three times, and the last time was about two months ago. She continued to get breakouts for about 4 weeks after, although not too severe, but nevertheless annoying for sure. If you did it Tuesday, you really will need til sunday or monday to be pretty much over the peeling. Stay indoors, away from light, and don't worry. There are no cases of people having any long term problems from this therapy unless they get sun after the treatment or pull skin off too soon, and even in those cases, it just delays the recovery. Hang in there!

while you're still red & peeling, you wont need much. Moisturize like crazy & dont worry about whether it's clogging pores or whatever. Your skin will let you know when it's back to normal ... treat it like a bad sunburn.

exactly - my MD said to use the Aquaphor moisturizer, which just the thought of putting something THAT thick on my terrible skin makes me cringe....... he said my cysts are coming from the bottom UP - and the Aquaphor isn't going to do anything bad to my skin, except help with the burn/healing.... so I do use it, LIBERALLY.
It's just like a bad wind/sunburn.... chaffed, chapped, burned.....yuk. Can't wait till this WORKS.
