I've read some posts saying that the doctor's skill in using the lasers is very important to get great results from them, is this true??

I mean, apart from setting the machine badly, what can go wrong due to human error, isnt it just point n click?

the person giving you should always do a test patch - on your neck - to check reaction.

You could suffer side effects such as burns, accute redness, or hyperpigmentation if the machine was set wrong ... or no effect if they didnt do strong enough. It is important to have someone with experience of using many different types of lasers to use the machine. Doctors with only one machine in their office is not good, your treatment will be taylored to that machine rather than the proper equipment for your problem.
