i get these weird rough teeny tiny bumps on my forehead... you can't see them unless you're really, really close, but you can definitely feel them. They're skin coloured and i have to keep myself from trying to scratch them off! They make my forehead feel a bit like sandpaper, even though it LOOKS clear.
They're definitely aggravated when there's sweat on my forehead. I've been using salicylic acid to help exfoliate them away, but they're quite stubborn.
Anyone have a similar experience?

Yeah. You can see mine, but they sound similar. Go read that 1st pinned thread on this board. It brings up some interesting points. (Mine don't respond to Tazorac or manual exfoliation. My BHA is getting here tomorrow.

Have you checked the thread on fungus at the very top of this page? Sounds like you might have folliculitis.

The only way to know for sure whether they're folliculitis related (bacterial, fungal or yeast) OR simply closed comedones is to have an MD look at them.
Otherwise, you can treat them as indicated in the pinned thread and see if that helps and/or incorporate an anti-dandruff shampoo into your regimen. If you do use an antidandruff shampoo, you only have to leave it on for a few minutes at a time and rinse it off completely. Some like Nizoral, some like Selsun Blue and some like Head and Shoulders. Each has a different active ingredient so it may take some experimentation to determine which one works for you. If they don't work, you can STILL use them on your body as a wash or on your hair for their intended purpose so you're not out any money.

Yup i've got those too, on my forehead. Bit on my cheeks, too. Started getting them when I first began my accutane treatment. That was just over a month ago.. The first few days on accutane all hell broke loose and my face became EXTREMELY oily..
Will accutane clear these up??

I've never thought of using a dandruff shampoo as a body wash (that's the majority of my acne is closed comedones)....I'm so going to try that and see if it doesn't help my body acne and my forehead acne...
