Studies have shown that sebacious glands produce more sebum (oil) when exposed to heated environments, and this evens out after an hour or so. Short term intense heat of a sauna? I would guess it's either detrimental or neither here nor there. I can't see any reason it would help anything.

saunas are great. Any kind of sweating like that is a really good way to expel toxins from your body. Like running/jogging/working out/sports are all good but it's what comes in contact with your opened pores that can affect your acne.
