same as alot of you i have tried everything oral antiboitics and topicals a purchased one of these lamps from a store that ordered it from Germany for me it worked pritty well but my acne was servere so it couldnt do anything about that. I would recomend that people with mild-but more modirate acne will get best results!! its been used for about 3 months 1 time aday for 15 minuets you can do the maths^^
