Started 20mg Sotret today i was wondering when i would start experiencing the side effects (chapped lips, extra dry skin, and the infamous IB) and also when does the majority of people start to see results of any kind.

Results may take a few months and most experience the IB within the first few months, and the onset of side effects genereally comes within a week or so. But you are on a very low dose, so you may not be hit with the worst of it.

My first course, I began on 20 mg, and I'd say it was about a month or so until I started to get full out accutane dryness... that being said, I am about a month into 60mg a day, and am not even the slightest dry yet...
It all depends... I can't remember exactly when I started seeing results... I'm month ahead of ya, so if anythign razy happens, Ill let ya know.
