so i finished accutane yesterday & still have some actives coming out.. i think part of my acne may be hormonal (i've been researching PCOS bc i have really irregular menstrual cycles). i was not on birth control before & was not in a relationship throughout my accutane course so i didn't see the need for it. anyway, i told my derm & he said i can go on YAZ birth control to take care of any hormonal fluctuations that may be contributing to my acne though he keeps saying he thinks i will still clear up from the accutane. but i'm definitely looking at this cynically since i'm done with tane & not happy with how my skin looks.
-is it really common & plausible that these breakouts will stop soon?
-anyone have experience with this/YAZ/other birth control measures after tane? it can't make things worse can it?
ANY HELP & ADVICE WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!
just finished tane..please help me!

hello gkalways, i am starting isoterian in about a month, but i have been on yaz for about 2 yrs now, i can honestly say it was good in the begining but now not so good, tis why im going on tane! i dont think it will hurt any to give it a go, one side effect i still have from it though is a nausea type feeling ( that can happen on any pill though)
i hope this helps
