ive been off accutane for a little over 5 months but recently ive started to break out again.. not as bad but little annoying pimples here and there... what is a good over the counter acne wash product?

i would get on something like differin. i think that would be your best option.

If you're from Europe: Get Effaclar from La Voche-Posay. It's designed to not be absorbed by the skin, just clean it. recommended by my derm.

maybe benzyl paroxide as a spot treatment

I agree with Danno, BP it is...

I'd probably say stay away from Differin/ Retin A until you have too... as it can cause your skin to be very senstive and sometimes cause more IBs and mess... My derm recommended I wait as long as I could after tane to start Retin A...
