Been reading all the great recommendations for cleansers, moisturisers, lip balms etc. but most aren't available here in the UK. Could anyone please point me towards a UK-equivalent list so I can stock up ready for the tane? (I don't have much money so can't really afford to ship everything in).

Thanks smile.gif

i got some e45 lip balm stuff is superdrug. some people use vaseline.

i think most chemists have some lip stick type things for dry, sensitive lips. just try any of them.

as for moisturiser, i cant stand to use any. im only on 20mg tane so face not too dry yet.

just go in a chemist and look at all your options is best idea i think.

good luck,

tim

I'm from Scotland and have the very same problem.
For my lips i use carmex during the day (small white tub with a yellow lid, from boots/superdrug) works brilliantly and last a while, and at night i use vaseline since i think it might be better but gives you shiny lips that i aint willing to have during the day.
For my moisturiser im currently using oilatum intensive dry skin repair cream from boots. my mum works there and so bought me two tubes - works well for me.
Hope this helps! and good luck!

i use burtsbees beeswax which i get from the internet you can find a website which does free delivery. i think its the best stuff for me but you may not agree if your interested i can pm you the website. i also use eucerin 5% urea moisturiser which i grab from boots. i think its 10 pounds. and lasts me prabably 4-6 weeks. there are lots of good moisturisers out there its just finding which is best for you. i have really sensitive skin and find that the eucerin doesnt irritate.
hope that helps
good luck biggrin.gif
