So I went to the Derm in May and prescribed Accutane, and a course of 30mg for 4 months. Hopefully tomorrow will be the last time I'll ever have to get a prescription of the stuff.

My skin isn't looking too bad right now. No cysts but I have noticed a lot of very small and hard spots, almost like a rash and many small red marks under my skin. Will these go away? Don't want to be told tommorrow "Oh its not really improving, we'll have to up it"...

It should improve further after my course is finished.
