1) Accutane makes you very sensitive to the sun making you burn more easily. Make sure you get a good sunblock with at least SPF 30 or above. I highly recommend Neutrogena Ultra sheer dry touch sunblock SPF 55. Make sure you get one that has UVB and UVA coverage.
2) I'm not sure what you meant by lens, I presume contact lens. Accutane does give certain people dry eyes so its not recommended for them to wear contact lenses. Otherwise get a good eyedrops. I didn't have the dry eyes so I could still wear my contact lenses.
If you are worried about getting new spots in the first month, you can discuss with your derm to prescribe you some antibiotics to curb the breakouts until accutane stablises the acne. Not everyone will get the breakout, I didn't so it depends whether you are lucky or not.
Other advice: 96% of accutane users have dry lips so prepare a really good lip balm and drink plenty of water. I recommend you get some aloe vera gel as well, its really good for dry and peeling skin and maybe a good moisturizer, I'm not a fan of moisturizer but if it gets to the point where your skin is really tight and peeling like hell, then you do need the moisturizer. When you do start accutane, you have to start using really mild products because accutane thins out your skin and makes it more senstive, so stay away from any harsh products like cleansers or other things.
Good luck with accutane!
