I'm finishing up 1 month of Accutane 40mg/day. I was wondering if it is wise to put on topical medication at night. I was putting sulfacetamide on and it didn't seem to help much. I also tried benzoyl peroxide. Nothing seemed to help, but last night I left everything off and it looked a little better. Am I just crazy?

i wouldn't use anything whilst on tane, unless your derm has given you something like clindamycin....
