If I got an alcohol free toner, that should be fine to use on accutane, right? I always have extra bits of makeup on my face after I wash it once.. so I end up having to wash my face twice, which is getting much too drying.... I figured a toner would solve that problem lol. Has anyone ever used Nivea's alcohol free moisturizing toner? I hear its good.

This might be a silly question, but have you tried using your sensitive skin cleanser and a baby's hair brush or a facial brush for removing your makeup? Another marvelous thing I did sometimes when I (rarely) wore makeup when I was on Accutane was massaging in some Vaseline all over my whole face, eyelids included to help remove the makeup. I'd tissue it off, and then cleanse my face normally. biggrin.gif I think the second would work better for you. The skin feels SO marvelous after you've done that treatment. I still do that sometimes and my face just loves the moisture. smile.gif

Kimmay mentioned some Aveeno makeup removers she tried, but they do have salicylic acid in them, I think, so they might be too irritating for your Accutaned skin.

I've actually recently tried the baby hair brush method.. I did that for probably a week and a half, maybe 2 weeks... but unfortunately, it was makeup my face a lot worse. My face would get very red... my red marks seemed to stand out even more.. I was getting a lot more "rash" type bumps on my face, etc. I never thought of using vaseline though! Thanks for that tip sideways.gif
