To those who know about the whole Vitamin A intake thing...
I have read that you should try to limit your intake of Vitamin A while on Accutane for obvious reasons. I have been eating Watermelon daily for the past few weeks, about 6 or 7 triangular pieces a day and when I was talking with a friend they said it is really good for you because it is high in Vitamin C and Vitamin A...I went home and looked it up and found that each single serving contains about 556.32 IU of vitamin A.
So, is this nothing to worry about or should I stop eating Watermelon daily?
thanks
Vitamin A in food...how much is too much?

Good question, because I've been eating tons of veggies since I started and haven't really thought about it?

I would really not worry about it, but that's just me.
"Clinically it requires about 1,000,000 IU retinol per day to produce the toxic effects of 1-2 mg/kg isotretinoin."
