I'm starting accutane in a few days. I use Cetaphil with spf15 during the day but I want to get a night time moisturizer. Any suggestions?

I went to the store last night and bought the Cetaphil "cream". It's pretty thick but doesn't feel greasy at all. Just thought i'd let you know. =)

I hear a lot of people use Complex 15 or CeraVe. Does anyone know if either of those work with really really dry skin?
