IM WORRIED AS HELL, I HAD ONE N I THINK MY DOC IS CRAZY FOR SUGGESTING AN ACNE FACIAL. MY FACE LOOKS LIKE SHIT NOW, WORSE THAN EVER. ITS BEEN 2 DAYS SINCE MY ACNE FACIAL N I HAVE A LOT OF SCABS ALL OVER MYFACE, N STINGS.

I'm surprised that he suggested this because usually it is the opposite and they say_not_to have any facials because it is too harsh on the skin while on Accutane.
I'm sure it will be fine in the end, probably just really irritated at the moment because the skin is so fragile. Neosporn might help on the scabs and maybe you should contact your Dr and make him aware of the situation and see what he says.
