ok i keep getting whiteheads around my mouth area, everyday new ones appear and its like impossible not to pop the fuckers
so i keep picking them lol. am i gonna scar up amazingly bad when this is all over? i make sure its a clean pick and then smother it in sudocrem to help healing

I do that too at times 
a few of the ones that have healed have left small scars...
So I wouldn't recommend it.
Still I cant help it at times when I get OCD fits

You will probably scar if you pick, especially when on Accutane because the skin is a lot more fragile due to the lack of moisture. Just gotta try to stop yourself.
