I have just finished 1 of 6 months of accutane 40mg and my face is so dry and red. I was wondering if anyone else had this type of problem. My whole chin is bright red and super dry, and I have huge spots of peeling skin (gross I know!). Is this normal? does it clear up soon? any help would be great.

I had very bad redness during in course that came about after a few weeks. Im about 2 weeks post tane and still have some rednes, not as bad, but it is still there. Unfortunately there is nothing you can do while you are on the drug, so you jsut have to brave it out.
