I have a bunch of large clogged areas, their like you can see the white junk in them, but if Id try to squeeze it MAYBE Id get 1/3rd of it out, but just make a huge redmark\risk scabbing\scarring... I have a few that are very large, like the size of 6 pores or so.. one is even larger than the others like almost half the size of a pea... they have a decent layer of skin over them, their not poppable zits and with my face so fragile from tretinoin topicals and now over a week into accutane at 60mg I dare not squeeze them myself. Should I just let them go away on their own with accutane or does\can a derm remove them without scarring, making a huge scabby mess? I can live with waiting for accutane to take care of them if it will, just would like to go the best route for this. Thanks!

dontt itll just make it SO much worse. accutane will probly take care of like half of it, and the other will probably go away with time...or if it doesnt, trust me itll look better than a huge scabby mess! this is my problem - i cant stop picking at my face and it sucks!

I'm experiencing what seems to be the exact same thing... mine cover nearly my whole face, and sometimes come to an ugly gross head...

I just started tane too, and am not looking forward to all of them purging... I'm going to my derm tomorrow, Ill let ya know what he says about em...

I would just leave it be, popping/squeezing can be a quick fix but in the long run it take longer to heal. just let the accutane work its course
