I strongly advice you to ask your derm on this one. I'm guessing its a no go because its ripping hairs out just like waxing would.

my derm told me it was fine, since it's not like waxing where wax is applied directly to the skin, then ripped off so some of the skin comes off too! but with threading its just plucking the hair out in rows as opposed to plucking one by one with tweezers... i got my done yesterday and i've been on tane for 3 weeks, it went fine!

I've done it throughout my course.. hasn't bothered me in the slightest.

yeah. plucking and threading is fine. epilating/depilating is fine too (for legs and underarms and such if you want to be hair-less for longer than with shaving. I can't shave because it irritates my skin).
Waxing is just a no no because the wax also goes on the skin and rips of the top layer...

I got threaded a couple times on Accutane.....it's like plucking but it takes out more hairs at once than a pir of tweezers. It's actually okay to get threaded on Accutane....it's not like waxing at all......
