Does anyone know of a treatment that would be effective in smmothing out skin removing a very shallow rolling scar and some enlarged pores?

chemical peels, retin-a, fraxel.

Chemical peels could make things worse so if you do get it done you should see a professsional.

Retin-A can help with time, just gotta be patient.

Fraxel is really expensive but it seems to work well on shallow and rolling scars.

Thanks I heard that retin-a might cause acne is this true? Also I have read that fraxel may cause pores to enlarge is this possible?

Yeah sometimes retin-a can cause breakouts at first (2 weeks~few months) but it will help slough layers of skin and should continue to help your breakouts. Some also say it helps with pore size.

As for fraxel, some say that it did increase pore size for them but i've only heard of a few so its pretty rare, but i definitely hear more on the shrinkage of pores.

Good Luck
