I apologise if this info is around elsewhere on the site - had a quick look and didn't spot it...
I'm thinking of getting of getting the red blue lamp - don't need it on my face thankfully but for my bacne. It's not too bad I shower and use a brush and then use Oxy pads which helps a little I think. Would the lamp work on my bacne or is it really only for the thin skin of the face?
Thanks for any info

Just an update for those interested. I bought a 'Beauty Skin Acne Light' and have been using it pretty much once a day for 15mins for what must be a couple of months now.
I've noticed a slight improvement on my bacne - but it's no silver bullet. I have also avoided letting shampoo (from washing my hair) run down my back and I'd say that was causing a lot of new spots to start. Still using the Oxy pads and they help.
I'm going to try a few more things to see if I can (A) nail any futher spots starting - I still get a few which is slightly annoying considering how much effort I'm putting into this. (B) I need to fade some of the marks I've got.
I'd say I'm 80% of the way to being happy with things but still a way to go.
I'm thinking of doing the following:
Getting a Microdermabrasion Cloth from a U.S. firm
Buying some of the Alpha Hydrox AHA Enhanced Lotion - again from the U.S.
Giving ACV a go - although I think I'll do this at night cos the stuff I've got will make me smell like I've been cooking...
I'm not so keen on BP cause of the bleaching effect and I rarely wear white...
I meant to say I came across another style of back applicator - you guys probably know all about it already but I think I might get it... www.backbliss.com - anyone tried it and is it any good?

It usually gets a lot better after 3 months; occasionally as long as 4 months. I haven't used it much on my bacne/facne (front acne!), but I tended to use it with my shirt off and the scattered light cleared up my front pretty well without having to do anything.
