I was on accutane 5 years ago. my skin looks better, but i still have blackheads, very oily skin, and some pimples. granted, my skin is not the worse in the world now, but i'm 21 years old, in college, and i feel really crappy about how i look. i know a second course of accutane will solve the problem and make me so much more confident.

so i can't go back to my old derm and get a second prescription because she moved out of the area and the derm i went to a few days ago said there is no way he is prescribing me accutane and just gave me some antibiotics and topical stuff (which does nothing on me). he didn't really care about me in the appointment, and was just rushing to get to the next patient - really pisses me off. he has no idea the psychological burden having oily, acne-ridden skin at 21 in college is.

can anyone recommend a doctor around philly who will understand me and prescribe accutane for me (even though my skin isn't absolutely horrible)

He tries to prescribe me acctuane everytime i go so it might be worth a shot.
