I don't know where else to post this but my lmyph nodes have been swollen on and off for several months and I have no signs of fever or cold or anything like that

Is this a common occurrence with acne?

It depends on where your acne is located and which nodes are swollen. If the acne is cystic and very inflamed and irritated, the adjacent lymph nodes can become swollen since they're helping the body's immune system fight the infection.

It's really best to see a doctor since enlarged lymph nodes do mean that you are fighting some type of infection, or that your immune system may be misbehaving.
