Hi everyone, I recently got back on the pill after a one month absence and within a week of starting it again I have acne all over my face, neck, and upper chest. It almost resembles a rash (My doctor confirmed it was acne though). I had nasty acne as a child, but it mostly went away as I've gotten older. I had been on the pill for five months previous to this and it wound up helping the acne a bit.

Do you know of anything that could help me reduce this quickly? I'm very pale with sensitive skin, so it is rather visible. I'd rather not try changing pills mid-month. I'm leaving in a week and a half to see my guy before he gets deployed, so I'd really like any advice you could give.

I can attach a photo later this evening if it would be helpful. Thank you!!!
