I have already stupidly popped them so most of the gunk is out i think (il get scars but whatever) but they inflammation remains, ive applied BP but was wondering if any of you guys have any tips on how to reduce the size and redness???!!! I have NO idea if this will help you at all, but I had redness on my face and I put warm honey on it for about 10 minutes and it really seemed to help. Also if you can, take a warm bath before putting on the honey, that'll reduce the redness even more.

If this doesn't help you much, which I really hope it will, then there is always ice rolleyes.gif

Best of luck to ya! I'm sure you'll look great tonight smile.gif

you might try icing the spots for a few minutes (wrap the ice in a baggie or papertowel). You can leave the ice on for a few minutes at a time. You could do it several hours before you go out and then again right before doing your makeup. Also, neosporin CREAM (not the ointment) can help reduce swelling and reduces the chance the spots will get infected (esp since you popped them).

If you have Visine or some similar eye drops, put that on right before you go out - it will reduce the redness for a little while.
Another tip, and I do this A LOT: put a plain, uncoated aspirin in your palm and add a few drops of water...it will dissolve so you can apply it to the spots. Let it dry 10-15 mins. You can brush it off or gently wipe it off with a warm cloth. Do that as often as you need, it will speed healing too. Let us know how it goes!

Cold cider vinegar works well for redness. Had a double pimple on my temple, i lanced it with a clean needle and drained it, then there was another one under it, so i drained that too, and dabbed over the red bump with cold cider vinegar. (popping leaves a bigger bump than lancing)

Stings a little, but the bump and redness went away in a few hours leaving a tiny pin point scab where i drained it, which is a LOT less noticeable than the original red bump. biggrin.gif
