Still having this problem with shaving and not sure if its the foam or the blades causein the irritation?

The day after i shave i brake out with whiteheadz around the top and even on my lip its so frustrating!!

I only wash in water as any type of soap or mild cleansers break my cheeks out and beleive me i have tried em all!
I'm sure its the shaving gels thats causin this problem around my mouth area the one im using now is gillette gel for sensitive skin but the only difference from the normal gel is it seems they have added aloe as its still got a fragrence.

ANy advice on any other gels in the uk with less irritating ingredients?

i use the ones that are designed to lift away dirt and oil, theres lots of shaving gels that are for oily and acne prone skin. you can find them in the shaving section in almost any store. also what you have is folliculitis. so you might wanna try getting a topical lotion like clindamycin. that works reallly well especially when applied after shaving cuz it penetrates more deeply into the pores.
