After a good run, which I do about 4 times a week is it good to wash my face right after, or wait till I have a shower?
I've learned that washcloths such as the dove soap wipes irritate my skin, so I stopped using those. I don't have severe acne, although I do get many "bumps"/whiteheads on my nose, and cheeks, which can worsen with shaving.
What are some good facial washes/creams that are best for me if I have mild acne, lots of whiteheads;
I have combo-dry/oily, sensitive skin so I have to be careful with what I use to wash my face.
(I get a LOAD of oil on my nose and forehead within minutes of washing my face.)
I'm especially looking for something that won't dry out my skin, like some of the products I've used such as PanOxyl and Neutrogena Oil Control, but I will live if I have to use a good moisturizer such as Aveeno.
Thanks to anyone who can help!
good daily washing routine for me?

I suggest using a gentle, soap-free cleansers. Don't use medicated cleansers because 1) they don't stay long enough on your face for them to actually work 2) are usually very strong and irritating. My favorite cleanser is Purpose. You can find it at any major drugstore, such as CVS or Walgreens
Make sure you buy liquid cleansers, not the bar ones. Bar cleansers have a different ph level than that of your skin, which means they will excessively dry out your skin and not clean properly.

i haven't used washcloths/towels on my face in a year or so
to get any benefit of exfoliation from them you need to keep them insanely clean all the time including any surface they come in contact with which is just way too much of hassle compared to just lathering your face and rinsing
