While I cleanse my face they pop. Is that ok?

Well it's definately not OK.
Isn't that why you clean your face in the first place ?
if you mean that they immediately show up on the surface - it's rather normal.
But if they pop up like 2-3 hours after your cleaning procedure - you should change your whole routine and read a couple of imporant threads here.
