I don't have any pimples but just red marks.
However, pimples sometimes do form in that area.
I've had these marks for about 2-3 years now.

It this acne or scars?
What could i do to get rid of them?

Thank you in advance!

Mild hyperpigmentation.

Manual exfoliation with a baby brush has helped for my redmarks.

Hello. You've got a bit of post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Gentle exfoliation with a baby's hair brush with your normal cleanser while in the shower will help fade those, and help clear up closed and open comedones.

You might also consider adding in an AHA product like glycolic acid 10%. Be sure you apply sunblock when going outside because sun exposure will simply cause the red marks to stay longer.

Superficial chemical peels will also help those marks, but I wouldn't try that first!

Hyperpigmentation. If they have turned brown, something containing hydroquinone will help.
