This is my DD's regimen

AM:
splashes face with water sometimes uses babybrush with just water
moisturizes with walmart brand cetaphil (has used this brand for about 3 years)
makeup

PM:
removes eye makeup with nu-pore makeup remover. Does not use this on face
splashes face with water
stridex pads sensitive alcohol free with 0.5 SA
BP 10% the walmart brand acne gel all over face but now using 5% natures cure
every other day uses proactive sulfuer refining mask

Loma Lux acne pills 4 a day for the last 3-4 years
everyday her face is red red red!!!!

Products she has used if I can remeber

Eucerin redness relief soothing cleanser (irritated her skin)
Clearasil daily face wash sensitive (irritated skin and broke her out)
cetaphil and walmart brand cetaphil cleanser (broke her out)
Neutrogena all cleansers (broke her out and made her very dry irritated)
Purpose gentle cleansing wash (still sitting in shelf unused cause she is scared it will break her out)
St.Ives apricot scrub (WOW!!! really broke her out)
This is why my DD only uses water to clean her face

Moiturizers:
walmart brand cetaphil ( seems ok she has used it fir about 3 years)
Purpose moisture lotion with SPF 15 (broke her out. I think that is why she afraid to use the cleanser)
Complex 15 in shelf unused cause she is afraid it will break her out.

Acne products:
BP 5% prescribed by doc (worked while she used it till insurance ran out)
neutrogena and clearasil BP all broke her out
ZapZyt (irritated her)
on the spot sulfur (worked a little but stopped)
proactive the whole kit (worked for a little but stopped)

all sunscreens she has used has IRRITATED and BURNED her skin badly

Her regimen worked although she always had maybe one or two actives...now she has comedonal acne like crazy and her regimen is doing nothing for her.

whew! that's it. smile.gif

I'm just curious as to why you've used similar products for years with few results. Why not change it up?
