So, I have been getting alot of red dots all over my face. I think they are Papule's
I have been to the Doctor and was prescribed Erythromycin Gel and Minocycline... I have been using it for about 6 weeks, only my face seems to be getting worse
what are the best ways to clear Papule's ?

When is your next derm appointment? It is best to call your derm and say your skin is getting worse, particularly when you've been trying the medications for 6 weeks already.
By your description it is hard to tell if you are talking about redmarks or active acne, so I cannot answer your question.
