I started the regimen in September 2005, and after about 6 months my skin totally cleared up
and has been in good condition ( except the occasional one or two tiny ones during PMS). I've
received quite a few compliments on my skin. I found that, the KEY to actually seeing results is in
a really good moisturizer, and of course the amount of BP.
I started using the NEUTROGENA AHA lotion at night and that was when my skin started turning really good.
But i found out today from my local pharmacy that the line has been discontinued. Does anyone know of another moisturiser which contains ALPHA HYDROXY IN AUCKLAND, NEW ZEALAND??
And i cant do online shopping, i dont have a credit card. Would totally appreciate some FEEDBACK.
and jojoba oil didnt really work for me, broke out in spots.
cheers!!

KIA ORA!
thanks for your reply. did some research and found out that neutrogena came out with a whole new line of moisturisers, the healthy skin range and it contains alpha hydroxy. went on a hunt for it just now though, its not in the pharmacies. maybe it hasnt reached our shores yet. i emailed neutrogena, but their customer service seriously sucks, no word and i've emailed twice in 3 weeks. and the credit/debit card thing just wont work...lol
so ur on the regimen as well? is it working for you? and what combos of products do you use? maybe i can get some tips.

ive never actually tried the regimen, ive been lucky enough to discover what 'cures' my acne and its as simple as a zinc supplement. 25mg a day keeps me pretty much clear.. i only get zits when im really stressed or overtired now
i personally dont use any skin products at all, except for nivea sensitive aftershave balm to prevent dryness after shaving, but my skin is reasonably well behaved these days thank god. so sorry no tips from me.. but if i did have any advice to give i would say to keep everything else healthy ie get enough sleep, drink enough water, eat healthy, and excercise.. ive always believed that acne is a symptom and not the problem itself. good luck

kia ora fellow new zealanders!
ahaha ok well i'm actually korean but i've been living in aucks for 3/4 of my life so it still counts right? haha
i never really read about the regimen until today lol i only surfed this site for accutane information lol
since its so successful for so many people i'm gona give it a go
do u think clean and clear mosturiser is a good enough moisturiser? it's the only oil free moisturiser i've seen lol
and for BP, does life pharmacy etc sell products that hav only 2.5% BP? because the BP i have now is the um clearasil ultra acne treatment in a tiny tube.. and it says its got 5% BP and something% of another ingredient, and i want a larger bottle lol
i'm going to sylvia park with my mates tomorrow, they have pharmacies ther right? i've never been
which BP do u guys use?
cheers,
unhappy

Benzac has an antibacterial effect. It also has a mild drying effect, which allows excess oils and dirt to be easily washed away. Benzac topical is used to treat acne. Benzac topical may also be used for purposes other than those listed in this medication guide. Besides, it is on sale in online to a drugstore.
It to me has helped to get rid of spots.
Look here
I have tried a new preparation from spots BENZAC. I think, it the best.
You can buy accutane under the special offer. here.

Started the regimen today with cetaphil cleanser and moisurizer and Benzac AC from the local pharmacy. Cant wait to see the results! Considering getting some Almay clear complexion pressed powder, dont think my make-up can be doing my skin much good!
Anyone tried this?
